Today I went to relief a P5 class cos the teacher is on leave. I was supposed to go thru a Maths wksheet w them and..... this class had to force the hidden ah lian in me to appear...

I step in n greet the class... 1 malay boy give me the want-to-cry-face and argued w his classmate.

Me: What happened?
want-to-cry-face malay boy: he hide my pencil box!
Me: give him back
Ah Beng chinese boy: no me!
Me: both of you sit down, i want to start my lesson

(i teach teach teach and they talk talk talk, then noisy noisy NOISY)

Me: the next person i heard talking will come n teach the class the next sum

(cont'd talk talk TALK...)

Me: (turned ard) You! come n do.... (hand my marker to this boy)
Boy: teacher my hand pain...
Me: nvm.. i got the entire day to wait for u. slowly write ah... u can rest if u want to...
Boy: ....

Me: (turn to the want-to-cry-face malay boy) have you got back your things?
want-to-cry-face malay boy: nooo...
Me: class, if he dun get his things by the end of the day, everyone of you will stay back till his pencil box comes back on its own.

Skinny chinese boy: you cannot hold me back, cos if i miss the sch bus, i dunno how to go home (yaya face)
Me: dun worry.. i'll send you home. Any1 else who dunno how to go home, i'll send you all back 1 by 1...

whole class: ........................

(I cont'd to teach... no noise already.. hehehe...)

I turned ard.. the want-to-cry-face malay boy, no more want-to-cry-face... he got his things back... (evil grin)

i finished what I need to complete and "everyone of you pack yur things n remain total silent. every noise i hear, you all will stay for extra 5min."

(no noise.... and i caught this boy whispering at the back of the class... actually i cant heard him, only c his mouth move)

Me: you want to share with everyone what you are talking about?
Ah beng chinese boy sitting a seat away... diao him n he kept quiet...

Bell rang...

Me: every1 q outside (i pack and ensure everything is swtich off, window closed then go out)

TMD! left only half the class there... the rest dunno go where...

Me: (point to 2 students) you go n find them back... if every1 of you is not here, we will sit in the class till they are back.

15mins later, every1 came back...

Me: you want me to make you all hold hands and walk down and let the P1 n 2 look at you? (pause) I dun want to hear any noise... follow me down...

then i walk the class to level 1 and let them off

(mind you... everything takes place in 40mins...)
