My 1st week of orientation had came to a big big full stop. I felt so glad bout it cos I need not endure the long and boring subject briefing and all those talks given by the guest speakers. Yeah!

Yesterday, we have some outdoor games and I met my GESL group members. Honestly I can't really remember all their names and faces. But I guess sooner or later, I will get to know them better cos we will be in the same group for the next 1 year for our service learning projects.

Next week I will start having my lectures and tutorials. My timetable? Sighz... I have to travel all the way to the West just to attend 2 to 3 hours of lessons for most of the days. However the plus point is I get to go home early. Hmmm... Okay, I rather get to go home early. Hence, overall I still like my timetable. (Should I take up a CCA then? hmm...)

Did I mention that I will be train to teach English, Maths and Science? OMG! English is the biggest problem for me. I roughly look through the 1st lecture notes and this is what I read...

"Grammar is the study of the system and structure of language. English has grammatical rules which determine whether an expression or sentence is well-formed. "

"All words in English fall into one of the following word classes: noun, verb, adverb, article, conjunction, Quantifier and blah blah blah..."

I'm having a headache now... Hopefully things will turn out smoothly.
