I'm really glad tat I am still alive and able to sit in front of my PC to post this. Y am I saying this? cos I just escape from death bout 1.5hr ago...

This is whatever that happen...

It's usual lunch hour again. Yday, Salina and I planned to go botanical garden to walk walk but due to the morni rain, so we changed our mind not to go there. We sure end up being the lunch for the hungry mosquitoes... Hence, we decided to go Ming Arcade (a v v ulu buliding opp hard rock cafe) to eat.

Once we reached there, our usual style is go the 3rd floor Malay foodstall, if packed then we'll go up to level 6, the indian foodstall. As for today... As usual, so we decided to go up to the 6th floor.

The lift started going up, up, up.... Once it reached 6th floor, the door didnt open. (Well, it is usual thing cos the lift is always a bit retard due to the age of the building.) This lift is the seen-through type (you can see the outside scenery). So sal is standing facing the door, back against the glass panel and I'm facing her. Suddenly, I asked her, "Y is the lift going down?" We quickly hold tight to the side handles. As i'm facing the glass panel, I can see that the lift is dropping faster n faster. In my heart, I already prepare that the lift is going to crush.

Thank God! The lift stopped at 4th floor. When the door opened, the lift is like a huge step below the ground level. We quickly ran out of the lift. We were terrified to the max. Our heart beat so fast and our hands turned cold. Even when having lunch, our hands are still shivering while holding the spoon.

Scary... But i'm gg to love myself and everyone tat loves me more. Life is precious... Is great to be alive. I shall not complaint bout life sux from now on...

See lah... Keep talking bout Inital D movie till i forget to post the most impt thing...

I went for the Initial D movie preview at Shaw yday with hui.

Red Carpet session:
Reached bout 7.30pm. The 933 DJs are there giving out some goodies bags. We managed catch a glimpse of the actors from the show. But didn't manage to take any pics. Too crowded. Ok... I admit.. I'm too short lah. =P Anyway... 1st is Edison, Zhong Zhen Tao, Yu Wen Le, Wang Qiu Sheng and lastly, my beloved Jie Lun. Soon after Jie Lun walked by, we went straight up to the theater to enjoy air-con. So humid and sweaty in the crowd... Eekkss...

Outside the theaters:
While we are walking to Lido 1, outside Long John Silver, we looked down and saw Jie Lun at coming up the long escalator. (Ppl who been there b4 should know what I'm talking a bout). At that point, we couldn't be bother and just trying to squeeze thru the crowd to get to the theater. These young girls are so horrible.... Screaming and running and pushing ard. Aiyo...

In the theater:
Finally get to sit down and enjoy the cool air. At 1st we r worried bout neck pain cos our seats is 3rd row fr the front. Then... blessing in disguise... There is this mini platform set up right in front of the screen and the stars will be appearing in the theater. Yeah!

Meeting the stars:
Hmm.. What can I say??? Jie Lun is short? n Edison is shorter? haha... Actually they came in like less than 3mins and go off. Just say things like Hi, hope u ppl enjoy the show... then ciaoz le. =( But ok lah managed to take some super blur and dark photos. =P

Finally, the movie:
Overall nice show. But try not to compare or link with the comic. It is not a duplication of the comice version. It is just using the comic as a base story.

The best performance should be Wang Qiu Sheng. He is real good. As for my beloved Jie Lun. Sad to say, he can't act. He is basically not acting but just being himself. But ok lah... 1st timer in acting, so give him some credits lah. Haha...

The race course scenes are superb. Cant imagine Japan got such beautiful hill course. At this point I realli pei fu the comic artists. How can they ever drew it so well and totally same as the real coourse. No wonder they took so many years to finish the comic.

OMG! The sun is melting me... Luckily I got hm un-melted and now enjoying my iced cold green tea... Mmm....

I took leave today to go for my medical check up. Reached there bout 935am for my 10am appt. But then i waited n waited n waited... *yawnz* The hospital really pirotise waiting ah... Finally it's my turn. Do the physical measurements, c the doc to ans a few questions of my past medical hx, then when x-ray. And again.... wait, wait, wait, wait...

The best part is the eye check up. The nurse really power ah. She ask "this row can see? This row? this row? can see?" "ok read 3 letters from this row..." "ok! finish. wait outside" "next Ms XYZ...." duh! -_-''' she asked me can see or not... can lie 1 mah. not pro at all... pengz... what to do... free 1 mah. company paying.

After tat when to find da jie for lunch. Eat the super tasty nasi lemak and cheng teng at tanjong pagar market. yummy...

The weather is still so hot... Ah!!!! I want go bath already. Soak myself in ice water... tatazzz

YEAH!!!! I'm gg to c Inital D movie at Shaw on 21/06/05. All thanks to my beloved fren, huiuh... She won the tics from Starhub so she's bringing me along. WU HU!!! Cant wait for the day to arrive... Can see chen xiao chun, edison, xiu wen le.... Most imptly is my JAY CHOU!!! Hahaha...

Today my mood is like tidal waves ah hmm...

1. Scary ...
Da jie lah... tell me such a story... huh? Oh? sorri cant tell u ppl... Dont worry da jie, I know what to do if u go missing...

2. Stress
I'm suppose to send out some docu to NIE by 18 Jun. Then only yday night I realised bout it. So today skip lunch and rush down to bank to settle some issues b4 I can mail out the docu. Finally got it done... Also thanks to my twin sister, wid wid to go to the bank n q 1st.

3. Disappointed
Ah Zhar came to visit us. But I busy, when I'm done he gone off already. Sighz... didnt get to c him...

4. Annoyed
Some idiot , u know who u r... call my hp but dun want to talk. Broody hell! U think it's funny? Sori it's not...

5. Overjoyed
Rem I told u bout I'm finding the ribbon-badges... Today I found another 2. YEAH! I sent emails to the organisations and this Mr Paul Toh is willing to give me his red ribbon badge. Thank you so much! Then another organisation replied saying that I can pick up the blue 1 from their office too. HAPPI! HAPPI!
The yahoo auction girl close her auction so I managed to get the green badge earlier. YEAH!
So now I got the gold, pink, white, green, red and blue. But yellow is still missing. Any1 have? Help me ask ard leh.... Thanks u ppl

Today is a super lucky day for me... so happy...

1stly, overslept. Lucky mummy saw me still sleeping then fast fast wake me up. Suppose to be late for half hour, then i call to ask if can change to 930am shift then no prob w tat... so i'm not consider late. haha...

2ndly, I am currently helping a fren to find those badges from ribbon projects. You know like those pink ribbon for breast cancer, red for AIDS, green for anti-drugs... I already gotten the gold and pink 1. Then searching for more... I had left all my details with the charity organisations so once they got campaign then they'll call me, so some1 called me to said tat they r selling the yellow badge at hard rock cafe now. "HARD ROCK CAFE!" I exclaimed. So happy cos it is like less than 5mins walk from my office. hahaha

Since I'm so eng, I decided to serve yahoo auction to c any1 selling my badge then viola! I found the 2003 anti-drugs 1 on auction. 1 thing is the auction ends only like 10days later and is selling for only 50cents. So I must wait for 10days to get my 50cents badge. Sighz... The person didnt leave any contacts if not I'll tell her I give u $1 then u mailed it to me now. Haha... but nvm lah what matters is I found another 1.

I started asking ard for anyone happen to have the badge or want to sell, then viola! viola! Dan Xavier happened to have the white 1. Ah!!!! Call me Miss Lucky! He is so sweet... He just mailed it off to me. Thank u so so so much.... I suggested to batter trade it with some chocolates. So happy!

3rdly, this is more of yday's luck... I went to walk walk at forum with my colleague during lunch hr, then I saw Kim at the kid's supplement stall. Long time din c her already. Lost count of the yrs... but too bad cant chat much cos she's busy. Nvm now i know when to find her.

After which I went to chinatown to pass something to EL. I took tat stupid 961 from woodlands in then end i reached then bout 1.5 hr later. OMG! Butt pain ah ... Long time din c EL n Ray so v happy to c them EL is still as cute as ever. and ray is a corny as ever ... then i forget bout my painful butt liao... But I still hope TIBS can have better cushions for their bus seat. ok?

After which, da jie came to chinatown to find me then we meet xiao mei go geylang eat leg porridge. Eeks... so scary ... i dun dare to eat. Then after tat we went opp stall for nice tau huay n soy milk. Yummy! Looks like my wt is gg up the chart again ... Nvm lah cos she leaving s'pore soon so muz accompany her go eat eat. wait till she's in jap then i can start loosing wt. kakakaz...

Wah! post so much n is only taking bout sat? Nvm lah sunday is a rest day , spend most of the time watch naruto cartoon and play with da jie. then now a bit back ache le...

Today wid not ard le... she is at the other office. Kind of miss her laugthers ... she also v bored over there so we r msn-ing now ... haha...
